In preparing for the official opening of the Chatham County Agriculture & Conference Center (CCACC) in early 2017, Chatham County seeks applications from businesses interested in being listed as event service providers.
CCACC’s list of service providers will include event planners, entertainers, decorators, and other such services. Caterers will be selected through a different process.
A major requirement for approved service providers is recertifying your listing annually by furnishing a certificate of general liability insurance with a $1 million dollar liability limit. Businesses on the list will be removed if they fail to provide a certificate of insurance or have more than two substantiated complaints about service delivery due to negligence or a deliberate act, as reported to the center’s staff.
Also, complaints reported to the Better Business Bureau may be considered in approving your listing.
